PAGHAM, A PERSONAL FAVOURITE, DELIVERED AS A FULLY MANAGED BUILD. OUR TEAM COMPLETED THE DEMOLITION, GROUNDWORKS, AND BRICKWORK, MANAGING THE PROJECT THROUGH TO ROOF LEVEL BEFORE A SEAMLESS HANDOVER TO THE CLIENT'S APPOINTED CARPENTERS. THE COLLABORATION STRENGTHENED VALUABLE INDUSTRY RELATIONSHIPS ON BOTH SIDES - A REMINDER THAT EXCELLENCE IS BUILT AS MUCH ON CONNECTIONS AS CRAFTSMANSHIP.

THIS PROJECT WAS REALISED AS A METICULOUSLY PHASED LANDSCAPE PROJECT, DEFINED BY BESPOKE MASONRY AND SCULPTED FORM. THE SCHEME FEATURES HANDCRAFTED FLINTWORK BOUNDARY WALLS WITH SWEEPING CURVES, A SHINGLE DRIVEWAY FRAMED BY FULLY CURVED, HAND-SELECTED EDGINGS, AND THE SENSITIVE REMOVAL OF INACCESSIBLE REAR GARAGE, WITH RETAINED ELEMENTS FORMING AN INTIMATE, ENCLOSED GARDEN SETTING. COMPREHENSIVE GROUNDWORKS PREPARED THE SPACE FOR A PORCELAIN TERRACE. DELIVERING A REFINED OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT DESIGNED FOR EFFORTLESS ENTERTAINING AND QUIET RETREAT.
